By insisting on using artisan importers of regional Italian produce and the freshest seasonal ingredients our Head Chef Alan Marchetti has created an imaginative restaurant menu, offering his own contemporary twist on many classic Italian dishes. The elegant bar offers a range of antipasti, perfect for light lunches.

Our full à la carte menu is available to download, although as Sartoria relies on only the best seasonal produce, it changes frequently. We've also included details of our set menu.
