Sartoria has two private dining rooms, which can be joined to create one large space or used as two smaller rooms. Both have screens to conceal guests from the restaurant. Alternatively the screens can be left open to ensure that the diners enjoy the theatre of the main restaurant.

Both private dining rooms seat 20 and can accommodate 40 for a cocktail reception. When joined together the rooms can take 45 for a sit down meal and 80 for a reception.

For larger events, the entire restaurant can be hired exclusively.
